International Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service

M7 and CCC - powered by TELUS International receive distinction at the International Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service

CCC - powered by TELUS International Europe supports various brands of the M7 Group from its locations in Vienna, Istanbul, Bratislava, Brasov and Bucharest. At the International Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service, the partners are now recognized in the “Front-line Customer Service Team of the Year” category.

In their assessment, the judges highlighted the high level of customer and solution orientation in the project. They were also impressed by the successful expansion and the rapid development of the teams in new markets. Even during the pandemic and the switch to home office within a few weeks, productivity and customer satisfaction remained stable. In addition, the focus on the employees as well as the great flexibility and solidarity in the team were praised by the judges.

The original partnership started back in 2011 at the location in Vienna. After providing the service for the former owner of M7 brand on Czech and Slovak markets for several years and thanks to the extensive expertise of the team, the cooperation was continued from 2019 with M7 in Bratislava. The Hungarian and Romanian markets were also taken over in the same year.

“Currently around 200 employees offer services for M7 customers via telephone, email, chat and written communication. In addition, we provide support in the areas of Billing & Collection, Trader Support, Commission Invoicing or Logistics for the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets. I am very happy to take over this international award for our team”, says Hana Baráčková, project management.

The official presentation of the International Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service will take place on April 14, 2021.
